Thank you for choosing Arty Explorers, to celebrate your special day. Our Pre-School Art studio is the best party venue for children under 7 years to celebrate any occasion.

We would love to help celebrate your child’s special event here at Arty Explorers providing you with an exclusive venue hire for 1.5hrs. Parties are available on Saturdays 1.30 to 3pm and Sundays 10.30 to 12pm. Our Arty Parties start from £270, for up to 15 children and their accompanying adult.

At your Arty Party, you and your guests will enjoy a full studio set up of creative and imaginative play activities, party food, pass the parcel and story time too.

You can choose from the following party options:

‘Surprise Me’ at £270, which incudes:

1.5hrs exclusive venue hire for upto 15 children and their accompanying adult.
Themed imaginative and creative activities following the weekly class theme.
Eco glitter bar.
Pass the parcel with sweet prizes and an arty gift for the winner.
Party Food – selection of sandwiches, fruit and vegetables platter, savoury nibbles, crisps, sweet treats and juice.

‘Your Choice’ at £370, which incudes:

1.5hrs exclusive venue hire for upto 15 children and their accompanying adult.
Bespoke themed imaginative and creative activities.
Eco glitter bar.
Pass the parcel with sweet prizes and an arty gift for the winner.
Party Food – selection of sandwiches, fruit and vegetables platter, savoury nibbles, crisps, sweet treats and juice.

Optional party package extras:

Arty party bags at £4 per child
‘Paint Your Own’ themed biscuit favours at £4 each.
Additional guests (upto 25 children) at £10 per child.
Additional party time, additional 30minutes at £50 per half hour.
Adult buffet at £6 per person

Party Structure

Your party includes one hour of unstructured free play. The studio will be set with creative and imaginative play activities suitable for the age and stage of the children attending. Children will enjoy a variety of themed play activities from water, sand, play dough, paint, foam, ice and more. There will also be our eco glitter artists on hand to add some sparkle too!

We will finish exploring and playing in the studio by playing pass the parcel, with a sweet treat for everyone and an arty prize for the winner then reading our birthday story.

Party Tea

You and your guests will have access to our designated party area to socialise and re-fuel after your fun-filled party! Our party catering includes a cold party buffet including a selection of finger sandwiches, a fruit and vegetable platter, savoury nibbles, crisps, sweet treats and juice.

FAQs

Your party package is for 15 children, including any siblings attending (babies in arms not included) and an accompanying adult. You can add additional children’s places upto 25 children.

Our studio is a purpose made children’s Art studio for children under 7 years. A few older children and siblings are welcome to attend but they must be included in your guest list. We do ask that older children are mindful of the younger children and respect our studio space please, we are not a soft play/play gym.

Our party bookings are on a Saturday at 1.30pm until 3pm or a Sunday 10.30am to 12pm subject to availability.

Our studio is already very colourful and decorated. If you would like additional party decorations these can be sourced and supplied upon request.

Yes, our party package includes party food for the children attending the party. This consists of a cold buffet: a selection of sandwiches, a fruit and vegetable platter, savoury nibbles, sweet treats, crisps and juice.

There will be two Arty Party Leaders to facilitate your party. Our party leaders are DBS and paediatric first aid trained.

The onsite carpark is for mill tenants only, however, there is a lot of free parking within the village centre, our closest is Aldi.

Full adult supervision is required throughout the duration of the party.

We provide two different themed party packages, starting from £270.

The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the party date. At this point, your final guest numbers and any additions to your party package will be confirmed.

Meet the Family

Dorothy is a dot but she has a big heart. She loves to watch, listen and take in all that is happening around her.

Eva is curious, determined and lots of fun. She loves to learn and explore, making the most mess of all.

Tilly is a confident little Moose. She loves exploring and has a very playful imagination.

Henry is active and very inquisitive. He loves nothing more than exploring and playing with his friends.
